By using the AlphaVine website (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and to our other policies:

1) Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Site and any purchase from AlphaVine constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2) Not Medical Advice

Our products are dietary supplements. Information on the Site is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3) Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract to purchase.

4) Accounts

You’re responsible for your account activity and for safeguarding login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5) Orders & Availability

  • We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll cancel and refund you.

  • Order confirmations do not guarantee acceptance until we ship.

6) Pricing, Taxes & Payment

  • Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.

  • Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

  • You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected method.

7) Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Methods/rates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

8) Returns / No-Returns

9) Damaged or Defective on Arrival

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If something arrives damaged or defective, email support@alphavinesupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund at our discretion.

10) Wrong Address / Undeliverable / Refused Shipments

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal, or being unclaimed aren’t eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A reshipment fee may apply if you request a resend.

11) Subscriptions (if offered)

  • Enrolling in auto-ship authorizes recurring charges until you cancel.

  • You can modify or cancel before the next renewal per the instructions in your account or in our emails.

12) Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Promotions are limited-time and subject to additional terms.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, not reloadable, and not redeemable for cash except as required by law.

13) Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

Use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

  • Interfere with security or Site operation;

  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse our content;

  • Use the Site to post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

14) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, product names) is owned by AlphaVine or its licensors and protected by IP laws. No reproduction or exploitation without our written consent.

15) User Reviews/Content

If you submit reviews or content, you grant AlphaVine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

16) Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaVine and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AlphaVine harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/products.

19) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Venue for any permitted court action will be the state or federal courts in Utah County, Utah.

20) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with the “Last updated” date.
