Return / No-Returns Policy
Overview
- All supplement sales are final—no returns or exchanges.
- This policy applies to all products sold by AlphaVine.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery.
- If an item is damaged or defective, email support@alphavinesupplements.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY with photos and your order number.
- We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Wrong Address, Undeliverable, or Refused Shipments
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal, or being unclaimed are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A reshipment fee may apply if you request a resend.
Lost Packages
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, first check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier.
- If still missing after contacting the carrier, email support@alphavinesupplements.com and we will assist with a claim.
- Outcomes depend on the carrier’s investigation and are not guaranteed.
