Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
• Rates and available carriers are shown at checkout (based on destination, weight, and service level).
• We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery Estimates
• Carrier delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin after your order has shipped.
• Weather, carrier volumes, and other factors may affect delivery times.
Address Accuracy
• Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages may incur reship fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
• Inspect your order upon delivery. If something is damaged or defective, email support@alphavinesupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• We’ll replace or refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier. If it’s still missing after contacting the carrier, email support@alphavinesupplements.com and we’ll assist with a claim.
